Biography
Sean Perkin has built a successful career in the real estate industry as a commercial real estate broker and home renovator. In 2008, he began purchasing, renovating, and flipping homes. He expanded his focus to also include multi-family and commercial assets.
In his free time, Sean Perkin enjoys international travel. He has been to 30 countries in all, having visited Africa, Mexico, some of Asia, and most of Europe. His experiences as a world traveler combined with his design background inspire him to create unique renovations that allow his properties to sell quickly.
