Biography
Simon is a Partner at Epiphany Coaches, Leadership Coach and Facilitator. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in management, technology and people development to his clients. Over the last 6 years, he has coached hundreds of leaders in large and small organizations on 5 continents. He has also facilitated over 500 workshops during this period for leaders in many industries including finance, technology, pharma and services.
Prior to coaching, Simon headed up the new Canadian organization for a software company in the education market. He has also held senior leadership positions in advertising and training corporations. He has been a top performing sales professional in the technology and education fields in both the U.S. and Canada over the last 20 years. At Microsoft, he worked in a variety of technical and sales consultant roles. Simon has also worked in the adult education field as a trainer, developer and senior manager to the training and development team. Simon brings passion and energy to whatever he does and whoever he is working with. As a lifelong learner, Simon completed a yearlong Leadership program through CTI in 2008. He received his B.A. from Carleton University and has completed Masters level courses in Education through the University of Calgary. One of his primary interests is travel, having lived in London, Hiroshima and Boston.
