Siobhan (Sha-vaun) Murphy, Master Certified Coach and Workshop Facilitator, founded The Quest Connection to inspire leaders to integrate their heads with their hearts, fully tap their leadership potential, and create magical workplaces. Voted one of the most Influential Women of the Year in 2010, she has facilitated transformations for visionary clients. Murphy has been coaching for 15 years and has pioneered coach training internationally. She combines an extensive business background – over 20 years experience in sales, management, coaching and training with her life long passion for personal development to coach people to reveal their brilliance. Murphy is an Examiner for Columbia University’s Coaching Certificate Program. She has been featured in Newsday, LI Business News and on the Wall Street Journal Report with Maria Bartiromo.
