Sophia is a Registered Dietitian and a Lecturer in the Department of Health and Human Sciences of the Frank R. Seaver College of Science and Engineering. After graduating with her Master's degree in Nutrition, Healthspan, and Longevity, Sophia has worked closely with individuals struggling with eating disorders and/or disordered eating.
