Participants are trained and developed to listen at a deeper level and hear complaints as un-communicated requests. Participants learn to listen for what is not being said; the other party's feelings, values, beliefs and commitments. Participants identify their personal barriers to communication, their assessments and interpretation that get in the way and are enabled to leave the other party feeling heard, appreciated and understood.
