Biography
Since 1992, working in Human resources. I was HR Manger in Coca-Cola Bihor in the start-up stage and than, together with my friend, we started our own company. For the last 16 years, I was providing training and consultancy for multinational companies and Romanian ones in areas like Teamwork, Teambuilding, Conflict management, Change management.
I was invited as speaker and facilitator in different conferences and workshops most of my interventions are motivational and with focus on business performance in terms of people.
