Biography

Stefan Swanepoel is an American entrepreneur, best-selling author, and publisher who grew up abroad as the son of a diplomat in Kenya, Hong Kong, and South Africa. He is the founder of T3 Sixty, the leading management consulting and research firm in residential real estate, and of Real Estate News, one of the industry’s largest digital media companies. He now serves as Executive Chairman of both. Swanepoel has written more than 50 books and reports on leadership, business strategy, and real estate trends, several of which have appeared on major bestseller lists including the New York Times and Wall Street Journal. Recognized as a foremost authority on real estate trends, he has been named among the “Top 100 Most Influential People in Real Estate.” He holds a bachelor’s in science, a master’s in business economics, and diplomas in arbitration, M&A, real estate, computer science, and marketing. He also chairs North Shore Give, a Kauai-based nonprofit supporting education, community services, and youth development.
