Biography
As CEO, Steve has management oversight responsibility for Howard, Wershbale & Co. and its affiliates. He has served in that role since 2004 and was one of the firms founding partners in 1990. Steve is responsible for the Firms’ strategic vision and implementation.
In addition to his firm management role, Steve actively represents clients primarily in the Health Care Industry. He is a noted National presenter in the areas of Health Care Reform, Medicare, Ohio Medicaid, long-term care payment, finance and operations, strategic planning, succession planning, sales and acquisitions, and operational improvements.
Steve has a 25+ year history of serving his clients in an entrepreneurial value-added style, and leads the firm with a similar philosophy.
