Biography

Dr. Steve Williams is the vice president of campus infrastructure. He formerly served as chair of the Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Department at MSOE. His areas of specialization include control systems design, design engineering, electromechanical systems, sensor technologies, power electronics, and digital signal processing. He joined the faculty at MSOE in 2002 and served as the electrical engineering program director before being promoted to department chairperson. Dr. Williams is an ABET program evaluator and has been very involved with the American Society of Engineering Education and the Institute for Electrical and Electronics Engineers.
