Social Media for fun and profit in a nonprofit world
Nonprofit doesn't mean losing money - it means your counting on your community to support you in doing good in the world. Social media tools can provide a specific means to measure community engagement - but this isn't broadcast media. Social means conversation, and your tactics have to measure engagement and not just outreach.
