Steve Guistwite

Biography

Steve Guistwite currently serves as chief operating officer of StratITsphere, a Houston-based data-center services company. In this position, he oversees the company’s day-to-day operations while ensuring the firm adheres to its strategic plan. Guistwite plays a critical role in the planning and management of operations with respect to achieving cost efficiency goals as well as performance objectives. In addition, Steve Guistwite works to improve the firm’s efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of service.

Before joining the executive team at StratITsphere in mid-2013, Steve Guistwite provided management information systems leadership to Houston-based Gurwitch Products as vice president of technology. During his time with the company, he was instrumental in ensuring that all of Gurwitch’s international locations operated with identical technology-based strategies and standards. Stephen Guistwite also led the development and implementation of an enterprise-wide plan for disaster recovery and business continuity.

Prior to his work with Gurwitch Products, Stephen Guistwite served in senior technological leadership positions at companies such as Zebec Data Systems, the Memorial Hermann Healthcare System, and RS Information Systems.
