Biography

Steve's experience includes six years with a U.S. public company listed on the New York Stock Exchange while residing in Bermuda and, more recently, with Canadian companies listed on the TSX and the CSE. He successfully took an Ottawa-based start-up company public on the TSX-Venture in June 2018, in addition to the new listing on the CSE in July 2019 following a reverse takeover by a US company.

Steve has significant experience in managing complex accounting and financial reporting matters (US GAAP and IFRS) in different industries (insurance/reinsurance, technology, and agriculture), M&A, treasury, financial system implementation, investor relations, tax compliance, and financial analysis and planning.
