Biography

As Vice President and Regional Manager, Steve is responsible for overseeing medical office buildings in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, Pennsylvania, Texas and Wisconsin. Steve’s responsibilities include hospital relationships, physician relations, and of course the overall performance of the medical office buildings within his portfolio.

Steve was the first field employee to be hired by the Lillibridge REIT that was formed in 1998. He has been in the industry since 1976. Steve owned a real estate firm in Tennessee that specialized in commercial and medical real estate.

Steve holds a BA from the University of Tennessee, he is a Certified Property Manager. Presently Steve is a board member for the BOMA chapter in Knoxville and IREM. He is a broker in six states and a licensed general contractor in Tennessee.

Steve enjoys being involved in community events and charities. He is past Chairman of the Knoxville Area Rescue Mission, American Heart Walk, and is presently Chairman of Knox County Parks and Recreation – as well as a Board member of the First Tee of Greater Knoxville. He was honored to be voted into Leadership of Knoxville in 2004.
