Biography
I focus my practice on litigation and arbitration matters. I am a member of the Panels of Arbitrators of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), the International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution (CPR), the U.S. Council of International Business (USCIB) for the ICC International Court of Arbitration (ICC) and Federal Arbitration (FedArb) and am also a court-appointed mediator for the Commercial Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
I have experience in and concentrate on matters involving: commercial contracts, employment law, investment disputes, licensing and distribution, real estate, shareholder and partnership disputes, trade secret, trademark, information technology and unfair competition.
