I am a specialist business coach and leadership coach and trainer.
MY TWO MISSIONS...
To help leaders to choose & commit to truly leading, in heart-centered, courageous and authentic ways that initiate and sustain positive change.
To help people commit to contributing their best to whatever business they are in, and to creating an era they will look back upon with pride in the decades that follow.
MY BACKGROUND...
During the past 14 years I have worked in Asia/UK/Australia as an CEO/Interim CEO and Leader who specializes in getting 'fast & positive change to last'.
During this period I specialized in leading businesses successfully through out of the ordinary circumstances such as operational transformation, owner's exit, financial stress and commercialization and I worked with private owners, clients and partners ranging from Australian based entrepreneurs & families to a government, a Royal Family and multinational organisations.
AS A COACH...
I draw on my deep private company experiences as a CEO, a director and also as a business owner, who has stood in my client's shoes. I am also influenced by the training and guidance I received through working with some of the world's most successful organizations and foremost teachers. (and I am openly grateful to both!)
AS A TRAINER...
My approach is to assist teams and leaders to quickly shift to a high performance model of leading and to sustain this.
MY GREATEST LEADERSHIP ACHIEVEMENTS...
Although I started my career as a turnaround professional, my greatest achievements in business have always involved 'turning around' and engaging people! For me, creating an environment & culture of high performance, in which staff engage and move towards a common goal, is a primary objective. Every situation in which I have an opportunity to contribute to this process is a privilege.
