Susan Dench is the founder and president of the Informed Women's Network. Recognizing that many women are tired of "politics as usual," Susan decided to take action and develop strategies that are innovating the way fiscally responsible women and politics intersect, nurturing and encouraging like-minded women in fun, energetic gatherings where views can be expressed in a supportive environment and then translated into practical solutions that produce results - politics unusual!
Through her speaking, Susan helps organizations get smart about women, improving the understanding, perception and experience of women worldwide, in both the political and business arenas. She also speaks on personal responsibility and accountability in the workplace, the government, the family, schools and the individual. She delivers inspiration, information and impact!
A graduate of Northeastern University, Susan's professional background is in marketing, having worked earlier in her career for various corporate entities (including GE and HP) and later as a marketing and branding consultant. Her personal experiences spurred her to author "The Responsibility Rules: Living A Self-Disciplined Life in a Self-Entitled World," and the forthcoming "Conversation, Cocktails and Connection: Getting And Keeping Women Engaged In The Political Discussion," landing her on Fox & Friends and numerous radio shows.
As her family will be only too happy to confirm, Susan is never afraid to give her opinion if asked (and usually if not asked). A home design fanatic, Boston Bruins fan and keen church choir soprano, she lives on the coast of Maine with her exceedingly indulgent husband and admittedly spoiled dogs in a charming 1920's house, which is in an ongoing state of loving renovation. She can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Conversation, Cocktails and Connection: Getting And Keeping Women Engaged In The Political Discussion
Many women have turned off and tuned out of politics, yet their sheer numbers give them incredible power to sway election outcomes. We'll explore why this is happening and how women can get re-engaged, re-energized and re-empowered to make a difference in the political landscape.
