Susan brings with her over 10 years of experience in collaboratively working with families and educators to set up their children up for success. She managed 2 well-known childcare centres in the lower mainland, overlooking well over 100 families in each center. As a parent herself of 2 growing teens, she understands the drive of both a parent and child in having a successful academic experience to reach all their goals for a brighter future. Born and raised in Richmond/Vancouver she understands the culture and diversity of our educational system. Her background in Social Work and leadership in Early Childhood Education has strengthened her passion for working with children and setting forth a driven ability to develop new ideas and inspire a successful school experience.
