Tamekia L. Chisolm, MSN, APRN, ACNS-BC, PCCN, NPD-BC, is the Nursing Professional Development Director at ChristianaCare. In this role, her primary focus is helping nurses thrive in areas of professional development related to certification, precepting, mentoring and leadership development. Chisholm also promotes professional governance as the facilitator for the Systemwide Nursing Education, Development, and Advancement Council and is the Structural Empowerment Magnet Component Leader.
