Harmony In Motion is founded by Terri Harmon, MBA, PhD (abd). She is the author of several articles and the book, "Team Building Expressions: Building Strong Effective Teams". Terri holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing Management and is pursuing her Dissertation for her Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Organization and Management. Her Dissertation topic, "The effect of team building activities on conflict within small teams."
