We help Organisational Development Managers to achieve their performance, people, profit and public image goals, by applying a series of experiential learning objectives on oral communication, effective listening, productive meetings, critical discussions and effective positive feedback that glue your teams with a purpose. Even if there are staff attitudes of disinterest, disruption or unco-operation at play.
Facilitates experiential workshops to enterprises within the public, private & educational sectors in oral communication.

An example of the impact of you on my career: I met with the director of ACBC (Australian Chinese Business Council) last Tuesday. She was an ex-ABC producer. She asked me to prepare a mini workshop on some logistics and supply chain issues in doing business with China because she believes my experience in the area could benefit other businesses. This of course requires stand up presentation in front of 30 some people from businesses. Can you imagine what would have happened hadn't I had the training with you? I would have said NO outright.
