Biography
Terry Crandall has been involved in the real estate industry since he graduated from San Diego State University in 2002. His career began working as a consultant on mortgage backed securities at Deloitte. He later moved on to become the Pricing and Placement Manager at the mortgage company Everyloan.com. In 2006, sensing a shift in the market, he left to pursue a Masters Degree in Economics. Since graduating, Terry has been an educator, a realtor and an entrepreneur. He has is California real estate license, he teaches and/or has taught graduate and undergraduate economics and finance courses at Loyola Marymount University, Chapman University, The University of La Verne, California Baptist University, and California University for Management and Science. He serves on nonprofit boards, advises multiple startups, provides expert testimony, and consulting services. Terry also had a weekly online radio talkshow where he talked about real estate and economics on Chapman Radio. He is the father of twins and married to Bonnie Crandall, a financial adviser at Prudential Financial.
