Biography

Tom Garrett is vice president for global programs in an international NGO working to support democratic transitions, political inclusion and democratic governance in more than 75 countries. He has served as an international observer in more than 19 elections in countries such as Ukraine, the Solomon Islands, Mongolia and Mali.
