Biography

Tiffany Wognaih joined J.S. Held in May of 2023 as part of J.S. Held’s acquisition of Africa Matters Limited (AML). She has a strong understanding of African political economy issues with specialism in the areas of monetary and fiscal policy. Tiffany supports the team's work across the continent with a particular focus on Francophone West and Central Africa.

Previously, Tiffany conducted ESG due diligence research on green, social, and sustainability bonds at Affirmative Investment Management. She has experience as an intern in the United States government and related entities, including the U.S. House of Representatives.

Tiffany supports J.S. Held’s Strategy & Risk Advisory unit with work across Francophone West and Central Africa, with a particular focus on the Democratic Republic of Congo, Senegal, Cameroon, and Côte d’Ivoire. She supports several key client accounts across the mining, infrastructure, and logistics sectors. Tiffany has worked on numerous large complex market entries and strategic government relations advisories and continually monitors sector-specific risks for clients.
