Tim Manson is an Inspirational and Motivational Speaker whose passion is empowering individuals to overcome adversity, helping them to have a larger vision for their lives and to create their greatest future. employees. Tim teams up with his clients to create a culture of Performance, Accountability and Service in today's competitive marketplace. He is an experienced leader, educator and consultant in the corporate world, as well as the Department of Defense. He is a Certified Training and Development Specialist and an Equine Assisted Training Specialist. Tim retired from the US Army Reserves as a Major in 2000. As a United States Army officer as well as a defense contractor, he conducted thousands of training programs for soldiers and civilians of all ranks, as well as evaluating training programs and supervising military trainers. Since leaving the military Tim has provided training expertise in both the U.S. and internationally. . He has conducted numerous training programs for clients such as the United States Army, the Saudi Arabia National Guard, the Student Loan Marketing Association, the Texas Guaranteed Student Loan Corporation, the Vinnell Corporation, EER Systems Inc., the Computer Sciences Corporation, Frye Electric, The City of Waco, The Ft. Hood Area Association of Reators and Laboratory Tops Inc., just to name a few. Tim is a pioneer in the exciting new field of Equine Assisted Professional Development and offers his E.A.G.L.E.S experiential training program that partners with horses as active participants who help to facilitate the leadership, team building and communication learning experiences for the human participants.
