Biography
Dr. Bailey is a Minister, Scientist, and Humanitarian with over 30 years of experience in research, regulatory science, and ministry. His research experience includes toxicological and pathological investigations as well as ultrastructural studies of metazoan parasites. Dr. Bailey has published in a number of scientific journals, and authored numerous risk assessments on pesticide safety. He has received several awards including three bronze medals from the Environmental Protection Agency, and was presented with the Researcher of Year Award by the Fish and Wildlife Service. Dr. Bailey has served as a Senior Pastor for over 20 years, and has held leadership and Board member posts in several organizations. Dr. Bailey is a gifted speaker, and can effectively communicate complex issues in the areas of Science, Government regulation, Federal Benefits, and Theology.
