Biography

A humanitarian with a lifelong commitment to making the world a kinder, more compassionate, more peaceful place, Toni sits on the board of directors of the Pay It Forward Foundation, participates in the World Kindness Movement and is a founder member of the Association of Transformational Leaders. She is also currently working on the global release of a groundbreaking, intimate and inspirational documentary about the Dalai Lama called Road To Peace.
She works tirelessly to spread the word that change starts with each of us... with individual acts of kindness which, multiplied by 7 billion, have the power to completely transform our world... and holds the fundamental belief that young people awakened to their own potential, more than any other generation, have the power to bring about this change. She firmly believes that collaboration is the key to the global “tipping point” and currently splits her time between speaking and writing to inspire a global shift in consciousness and connecting individuals, groups and organisations that are aligned with the simple and pure message of Pay It Forward.

Pay It Forward

Pay It Forward is about the simple concept of the exponential growth of kindness with no expectation of anything in return. If one person does an act of kindness for 3 people and asks that each of those pay it forward to 3 more people and each of those pays it forward to 3 more people, after 2 weeks, those initial acts of kindness have touched 4.7 million people. It's that easy to shift a community (whether that is a corporation, a school, a government or the world) on the spot.
