Biography
Tony Altimore is a management consultant in Washington, DC, advising corporate executives, government leaders, and firms worldwide on strategic direction and analysis.
Tony has worked with a variety of commercial and government organizations on strategy initiatives, including growth planning and analysis, corporate development, restructuring, organizational design, customer segmentation, strategic planning, customer analytics and analysis, cost reduction, portfolio analysis, and strategic investment decisions. He holds active security clearances from both the U.S. and Canadian governments.
A Senior Consultant at Monitor Deloitte, Tony was previously an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he advised a mix of public and commercial clients on strategic and customer focus. He also served both domestically and abroad as an officer with the Central Intelligence Agency, managing the strategic and business needs of U.S. intelligence collection, and worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Credit Suisse, where he focused on a number of leveraged transactions for clients in the defense, aerospace, consumer products, hospitality, gaming, and real estate industries. He is also Chairman of Ilium Partners, a boutique incubator supporting a range of small business endeavors.
At Deloitte, Tony pioneered tools to more effectively manage the firm's project teams, supporting efforts to more effectively integrate work-life fit to improve results, morale, productivity, teamwork, efficiency, retention, and life for team members at all levels, and works with organizations and non-profits to help them achieve the same success.
Tony received his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, majoring in strategic management, and works extensively with outreach programs at Wharton. He graduated from the honors program at the University of Southern California, with a BS in business administration and a concentration in corporate finance from the USC Marshall School.
