Tony works alongside business owners and executives in relieving their greatest pain and pressure points by building greater leadership capability. He support his clients in ensuring their actions are aligned with their desired goals and outcomes. He has a track record of success in developing hundreds of leaders through his corporate career and offers his clients a personalised service focused on their success while having an insight and understanding from his own experience in corporate leadership.

Tony has spent 30 years leading teams and developing his and other leadership skills. A Certified Member of the John Maxwell team, he can offer multiple services to individual and teams to improve performance.
An Area Manager in Retail, he has successfully led teams in Discount department Store, Big Box Hardware and now Fuel and Convenience. His current role includes responsibility of $300 Million in Revenue and leads a team of over 30 Site and Assistant Site Managers.
His undoubted strength lies in his Leadership Intuition and Big Picture Strategic Outlook, but he harbours a fierce and ethical desire to develop the teams and individuals he leads to be the best they can be.
He has developed Mentor Roles in previous and current positions and maintains links with the leaders that he has developed. While his Leadership Development is enhanced by his training and certification with John Maxwell, he is also used as a mentor for a weight loss company, and enjoys the satisfaction he has in supporting people on these journeys.
Tony is an acknowledged, inspirational speaker on a multitude of Leadership Topics. His ability to inject insight and personal stories ignites leadership topics and truly resonates with any audience. He also has the rare ability to add humour in, to add impact to the message being delivered.
