Biography
Val McLeod, an international speaker, certified trainer, retreat and seminar leader. She is the Founder and Chief Facilitator of Conversations with V! – a relationship management training & development consultant services firm.
In her quarter century professional career as a clinical therapist, behavioral manager, certified expert witness and professional speaker, Val inspires change, growth and development in individual and organizational clients. Also known as V! – Val has diligently conducted leadership/management seminars, team building and staff development training sessions for professional, faith-based and general audiences throughout the United States, the Caribbean and Europe.
Val McLeod is one of few certified Level II Kingian facilitators in the USA. She is also certified in communication skills, conflict reconciliation and cognitive life skills management. As a human relations source expert, Val regularly contributes to a variety of print and online publications and has been interviewed on multiple radio and television programs.
A native of Miami, Florida, Val has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas Tech University and Masters Certificates in Strategic Organizational Leadership and Essentials of Project Management from Villanova University.

This innovative, multilevel, offender-reintegration services program expanded work release opportunities to incarcerated women. The program become a national model for jurisdictional replication.

One of the few Level 2 certified trainer of Kingian Nonviolence in the country. As a facilitator and practitioner of peace and nonviolent approaches to social change, I deliver organizational growth, change and development nonviolence conflict reconciliation education and training resources based on the Philosophy and Methodology of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
