Biography
Victor Lin is Sr. Project Leader at The Aerospace Corporation where he provides technical direction and leadership on creating a more agile, resilient space architecture for the DoD. He previously served as an Associate Director where he co-managed a modeling & simulation department of several technical staff members. He has also previously held a Senior Engineering Specialist position where he performed concept development and system engineering for future satellite systems. Also previously served in a Sr. Project Engineering Role in the System Engineering department of the GPS Program Office. He led various architecture studies, requirements development and technical management of enhanced integrity capability for the GPS modernization programs.
Prior to Aerospace, he held technical lead positions for Innovics (3G WCDMA startup), Rockwell Scientific Company, and Qualcomm. Successful experience and continued interest in the simulation & modeling of communication/navigation systems.
