Thuy "Victoria" Nguyen joined LMU's College of Business Administration in the spring of 2017 as a part-time faculty. She currently teaches "Business Globalization" to undergraduate students. She is also the owner and interior designer of Sound of Home, an interior design firm based in Los Angeles. Prior to that, Nguyen was the general manager, management consultant, and corporate trainer of SMART HR, a human resource management consulting company based in Vietnam. The company later was acquired and became Towers Watson Vietnam. Nguyen earned her MBA degree from Washington State University.
