Biography

Vincent has been working in the design industry for over 15 years, as a practitioner and educationalist. He moved to Beijing in 2004 where he is heading a private design school. For the last 8 years he has been involved in numerous design events, acted as judges for large national and international design competitions and was frequently invited to talk on design and sustainability. Passionate about design, Vincent contributes to various design magazines and blogs and has had work published in Europe and China.

He truly believes in design as a medium for change, whatever the change maybe. He also believes that design and business are not mutually exclusive, but it requires business to understand the true value of design. He likes to propose that everyone should understand and apply “design” to their everyday life, especially heads of businesses.

As a designer he craves for well crafted graphic design work, thoroughly enjoys typography and fervently consumes illustrations. As a business minded person, he loves to analyze and strategize the proper use of design for branding and communication purpose.

Testimonials

Senior Lecturer

Training for Staff Development

The seminar was interesting and useful for future training. I liked the division in sessions which gave the audience a clear scheme with focus on different topics. The delivery method was also interesting: you managed to keep the attention of the audience also through participation and small games.

Better Presentation

You edited and delivered the contents in an very effective way, making them sound more attractive.
The seminar was interesting and the execution magistral. You created a strong emotional environment, ironic but professional, and it has been easy for me to feel a part of the execution itself.
