Biography
Vincent Swanagan is the founder, owner, and CEO of MindCraft Coaching. Since 2000, guidance has directed clients toward change in their lives through learning, curiosity, and fun. Vincent believes learning is a life-long process and can be very enjoyable. Vincent has drawn from his experience in Fitness Philosophy™ — as well as world-class training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Design Human Engineering (DHE), Life Coaching, Reiki and Hypnotherapy — to put his clients on the fast track to happiness and success. His training at Bennett/Stellar University and NLP Seminars Group International, has synthesized coaching that clears the mind of limiting beliefs, and inspires clients to strategically fulfill their dreams. His unique, professional approach is informed by his fifteen years business experience in retail, and nine and a half years in the Army.
Vincent is driven and empowered by his commitment to assisting others make lasting changes in their quality of life. He knows that lasting changes toward healthy lifestyle habits require commitment, motivation, inspiration and support. He is a natural at effectively coaching, guiding and motivating clients to get results that benefit their lives.
Vincent’s tool kit integrates exemplary presentation skills with Life Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Design Human Engineering (DHE), as well as Reiki, Hypnotherapy, Fitness Consulting, Nutrition Coaching and TimeLine Regression. This synergistic method allows business people, athletes and individuals seeking change to overcome anxiety, remove phobias, conquer mental roadblocks and clearly target their goals.
