I currently teach at Sheridan College. Courses taught include Entrepreneurship, Customer Relationship Management, Management Information Systems and Computer Applications. Topics include access database, technology impacts, electronic transaction processes. Students examine relationship and impact of information systems, technology and related applications on both functional and support activities in business. Students also investigate e-project planning and strategy through in class discussion, acquiring theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
Founder of Events on Hand, Mobile Application specifically for the event and conference industry. This Application will revolutionize the way this industry operates by creating a more environmentally friendly atmosphere while engaging speakers and attendees.
I volunteer with the Canadian Youth Business Foundation (CYBF). This is a national charity that provides youth, age 18-34, who have a great business idea but are unable to access funds through traditional sources, with start-up financing, world-class mentoring and business resources to create and sustain their own successful business.
As a member on the Loan Review committee, we review the applications and business plans.
