Biography
Mr. Goodwin’s collective understanding of business and the consciousness of those that perform those tasks is a culmination of the blending of three professions: Sales, Academia and Consulting. As site manager for two Chicago-based automotive distributing warehouses in Detroit, Michigan and Birmingham, Alabama, sales and organization were the focus and the experience. And as an Admissions Director for a major nationwide proprietary school with 52 sites, the matching of features and benefits with that of training to motivate students to pursue their dreams was the concentration. This alchemy of sales and organization blended with that of listening and motivating created the development of skills that are necessary for consulting.
Mr. Goodwin is currently Senior Practice Consultant for SuccessEHS, a leading medical software company. Having consulted over 400 practices in 42 states and the Virgin Islands, the exposure to multi-cultural nuances has added to his resume’ and has further expanded his awareness. In addition to the consulting assignments, seminars have been conducted at 10 major universities presenting the role of the individual as a co-creator of outcomes. In addition to the responsibilities associated with the function of Senior Consultant, Von is an author of books related to consciousness and the part it plays is creating successful personal and business outcomes.
