Wanzi moved to Canada from Sri Lanka in 2017 with an MBA and considerable experience in the banking industry. It did not take her long to find that her passion for client care and passion for exceptional service delivery aligned perfectly with RBC. She established her career and now helps others take flight.
Presently Wanzi is heading RBC Newcomer Meeting Place in Brampton and volunteers her time as an Arrive Ambassador as well as Connector and Mentor at ACCES & TRIEC. She is a solid newcomer advocate & mentor. She recently won RBC’s coveted ‘Top-level performance and outstanding results’ RBC Leo Award and Conference Award.
Wanzi actively collaborates with settlement organizations and other community partners to help newcomers with their employment and settlement in Canada.
