Wayne Hagendorf is a member of the HAGENDORF LAW FIRM, A PROFESSIONAL LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY with offices in Newport Beach, California, and Las Vegas, Nevada. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in Florida.
Mr. Hagendorf holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern California Law Center, Los Angeles, California and a Bachelor of Arts (Business Administration-Accounting and Economics) from Franklin and Marshall College, Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Mr. Hagendorf is admitted to practice law in California, Nevada, and New York. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Central District of California, United States District Court, District of Nevada, and the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
Mr. Hagendorf is the author of several books including Protecting Your Assets: A Practical Guide For Asset Protection In The United States (Knowles Publishing, original ed. 2007, Release #2, 2010), Tax Guide for Buying and Selling a Business (Knowles Publishing, original ed. 1994, Release #16 2010), The Complete Guide to Limited Liability Companies (Knowles Publishing, original ed. 1995, Release #13 2011), Estates and Trusts Forms Manual Vols. 1 & 2, Knowles Publishing (Release#10, 2011), Tax Manual For Choosing the Best Business Entity, Knowles Publishing (2009, Release #1, 2010); and numerous other books and articles.
He is also a national lecturer in the fields of estate planning, asset protection, business planning and corporate strategies.
Mr. Hagendorf is a 2002 recipient of the Dedication To Excellence Award in continuing professional education issued by Professional Education Systems Institute.
