Biography
Dr. William Okyere–Frempong is a medical doctor, itinerant preacher, radio show host and leadership & life coach.
He currently serves as Acting Medical Superintendent of the LEKMA Polyclinic. Here, he gracefully combines his clinical practice with his administrative oversight responsibilities as he leads this public health facility with competence and sterling character. He passionately aspires to establish an avant–garde health care where staff are personally empowered and professionally equipped to offer significantly safe and satisfying healthcare services.
Yet above and beyond being a leading doctor, he is also the beloved country director of the HuD Group – an international Christian Leadership and Mentoring organization. As lead trainer and speaker of the group, he frequently offers training and coaching for scores of emerging leaders and professionals.
Versatile "Dr Will" is also the host of "POSITIVE PULSE" -a weekly interactive health education radio program on 3FM 92.7Hz. He has become a familiar face and voice at many programmes and on multiple media platforms. William easily averages 2-3 speaking engagements a week.
All these haven’t gone unnoticed; he has been honoured severally, including being named among the top 10 most influential emerging leaders in Ghana by the Kharis magazine, profiled by the Newaccra Magazine Report among 30 young Ghanaians who are showing great promise in their fields of endeavor and a recipient of Nobles International Award for upholding values of selfless leadership and integrity by the West Africa Nobles Forum. He was recently ranked 3rd young speaker in Ghana by The Speakers Bereau Ghana and 14th most influential young Ghanaian under 40yrs by Avance Media.
He demonstrates biblical reflection, visionary perception and refreshing common sense. He is married to graceful Ruby and they are blessed with two children.
William is unashamedly Christian and completely sold out to Christ.
