2003, Xiaodong Sun started his career in ASUSTek Computer Inc. as a motherboard R&D. engineer in China. After serving in different departments, such as Server/Workstation R&D and FAE, he left ASUS as a sales account manager. Then, with his long-time friend, he started his own business to provide equipment/component services to the semiconductor industry.
In 2013, after ten years of forging his career, Xiaodong moved to LA with his family and established a new adventure. He joined the EE master's program at LMU and immediately built a bond with LMU. After two years of graduation, in 2018, Xiaodong reunited with LMU - as a lab manager and instructor this time - and is enjoying his new life in academia.
