Biography

Yvan Castilloux is a global product leader, entrepreneur, engineer with expertise and track record building product teams to drive growth.
He is currently CTO of CareAcademy, where he's building the engineering team and building the next-generation product for educating elderly caregivers online.
Most recently, he drove all monetization effort at Jana, a fast-growing Boston-based startup making the internet free for billions of people, building and managing product teams to deliver value to mobile app developers in India, Indonesia and Brazil.
Prior to Jana, he did his MBA at INSEAD and then managed a team to lead go-to-market and growth initiatives in China, India and Australia in the payments space at PayPal.
During college, he co-founded Montreal-based NewTrax Technologies (www.newtrax.com), a fast-growing and profitable company (with > $20m revenue and 100 employees), providing safety and productivity solutions for underground mines around the world. As a technical co-founder, he built and managed an engineering team to develop a game-changing IoT solution for the market.
