Zachary is a Senior Executive Board Member of Best Practice Institute (BPI) and serves on the HROA Board as well as the Latin America Regional Advisory Board for the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP). Zachary is published in several HR and industry publications and has spoken at over 100 conferences and events globally.
