Sharon Franceschini, BS

Sharon Franceschini is the Outreach and Marketing Coordinator for the ChristianaCare Kidney Transplant Program. Her role is to foster consistent communication between our program and the providers who care for the patients we serve. She also delivers education and shares the story of kidney transplant and living donation with patients and the community.
