Kevin Bailey, PT, MBA, is the Director of Rehabilitation Services for ChristianaCare.  He leads outpatient rehabilitation services including physical, occupational, and speech therapies as well as pediatric therapies and audiology.  In this role, Bailey has led the implementation of telehealth therapies, dry needling, and various clinical pathways.  He has been instrumental in the acquisition of cancer rehabilitation services and the expansion of multidisciplinary therapy services including vestibular therapy, neurologic PT, and pelvic floor therapy.  Under his leadership, ChristianaCare’s outpatient therapy operations have undergone sigificant workflow redesign to optimize operational efficiencies and patient experience.
