Laura Ramos, VP and Principal Analyst in Forrester’s CMO practice has some sobering comments about the state of content marketing. She states that “CMOs will need to take a hard look at skills, staff, and creative resources directed at content production. Staying the current course will not be productive long-term. The study revealed just 4% of those we surveyed are true masters of content marketing.
