Patti is responsible for leasing and management of over 1.2M sf of medical office buildings. She maintains relationships with hospital and physician clients and customers as well as market real estate brokers. Patti oversees a staff of employees tasked with optimizing property financial and operating performances.

Patti has worked for Lillibridge for five years and in the Ohio commercial real estate market since 1984. Patti has worked for other national real estate firms including Equity Office Properties and Cassidy Turley. 

Patti holds both a real estate broker and salesperson license in the state of Ohio as well as the Certified Property Manager® designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. Patti earned a BA from The Ohio State University. Currently, Patti serves on national and local committees for the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and is an active volunteer for the Capital Area Humane Society. Patti served as President of the Columbus Chapter 42 of IREM and received the local IREM chapter Candidate of the Year award in 1995 and the CPM® of Year award in 2008.

Patti has served as a speaker / panelist / presenter for various presentations to the Columbus (Ohio) Board of Realtors; the Columbus Chapter of CREW; as well as the National IREM Fall Leadership Conference.
