Kevin Tremblay is a Senior Director with Veracap Corporate Finance Limited. Kevin has acted as a strategic consultant advising on numerous transactions including acquisition, divestiture, corporate finance and valuation mandates. His client base has included private company owners, family businesses as well as public corporations, across a broad spectrum of industries.

Kevin holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from Laurentian University. He is qualified as a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Business Valuator, and has obtained his Corporate Finance Qualification through the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
