Climate Change and Hurricanes - What's the Link?

Hurricane Harvey dumped more than 50 inches of rain in parts of Texas - a historic, unprecedented storm in an era when there seems to be a new, historic storm every few years. Soon after, Hurricane Irma caused ruin and death in Florida and the Caribbean. Scientists continue to grapple with the question of how much climate change and global warming are to blame for the increased frequency of these destructive forces of nature.
