Professor Ross Levine is the Willis H. Booth Chair in Banking and Finance at Berkeley Haas. He is also a Senior Fellow at the Milken Institute, a Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research, and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Professor James Wilcox is a former Fed economist who also served on the President's Council of Economic Advisors. He is an expert on unemployment, consumer spending, business conditions, and small business lending.
