Florida’s tourism industry was hit particularly hard, with resorts shuttered and millions of visitors to the Sunshine State canceling their vacation plans.
In fact, it’s estimated Walt Disney World lost more than $7 billion in 2020, all because of COVID.
But with Florida back open and visitors returning, what's next for hospitality and tourism? And how will organizations handle staffing, pricing, inflation and other issues?
