Lynne Segall

Lynne Segall 99MBA is associate dean of Management Practice Initiatives and associate professor in the Practice of Organization & Management at Emory University's Goizueta Business School. She leads Goizueta IMPACT, the school's flagship experiential learning curriculum, where she develops frameworks and courses that help MBA students tackle real-world problems with practical solutions.

Before joining Goizueta, Segall spent nearly 16 years at Accenture, designing global professional development programs for 16,000 consultants and leading talent strategies in leadership and organizational change. Her teaching and coaching in structured problem-solving and communication have supported organizations such as UPS, Delta Air Lines, and Warner Media. An MBA graduate and Woodruff Scholar from Emory, Segall combines academic expertise with hands-on industry experience to develop impactful strategies for education and business.
